功能介绍
本机为专业的实木单板曲面包覆机,可将各种实木薄片、浸漆纸等材料完么的贴覆于踢脚线、门窗套线、楼梯扶手等各种线条的表面，一次完成表面、侧面、底边的贴覆。特别适用于门边花线的包覆。
General Introduction
This machine is just used for wrapping the real wood. It can wrap various thin wood or melamine paper on kick board, set lines of door and windows, and railings of stairs. The wrapping of surface, sides and bottom are accomplished in a single process. It especially fits for the wrapping of the door line.
设备特性
1、机架采用优良钢板精加工而成，螺丝连接，避免了焊接造成的机价变形。高精度齿轮传动，电机采用机械无级调速辊.
2、底轮全部采用硅橡胶铝轮,耐磨性好,不粘热溶胶,使用寿命长.
3、可调节升降胶盘,胶盘可根据工件的高速进行调节,从而使木皮与工件的夹角较小,易于包覆.
4、热胶箱、热胶盘同步加温，可满足大批量生产，无须频繁加胶。
Features
1、This machine uses high quality steel and connects with bolt rather that welding so as to avoid disfigure of the framework. High accuracy gear transmission, mechanical stepless speed change in the electrical engine adopts stepless timing.
2、The bottom wheels are all made by silicon rubber and aluminum. They are wearable and not sticky to the glue. And it can be used long.
3、The glue plate can be moved upward or downward according to the height of the work piece so that the wrapping can go smoothly.
4、The glue box and the glue plate will be heated at the same time and it can serve mass production without frequently adding glue to the machine.
